EL SENADO Y CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA NACIÓN ARGENTINA REUNIDOS EN CONGRESO, ETC. SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE

LEY:

Artículo 1° —Modifícase el inciso 2° del artículo 398 del Código Civil, el que quedará redactado de la siguiente forma:

Inciso 2°: Los mudos.

Art. 2° —Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo. — JUAN CARLOS PUGLIESE. — VICTOR H. MARTINEZ. — Carlos A. Bravo. — Antonio J. Macris.
