El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc., sancionan con fuerza de

Ley:

ARTICULO 1° — Promuévase

"post-mortem" al grado inmediato superior, con fecha 31 de diciembre de

1994, al Teniente Coronel de Intendencia D. César Roberto PREVIGLIANO

(M. I. 7.784.152).

ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese al

Poder Ejecutivo nacional. — ALBERTO R. PIERRI. — CARLOS F. RUCKAUF. —

Esther H. Pereyra Arandía de Pérez Pardo. — Edgardo Piuzzi.
