ΟΙ ΥΠΟΥΡΓΟΙ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΩΝ - ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΩΝ - ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΩΝ KAI ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΩΝ Έχοντες υπόψη: Τις διατάξεις : 1 - της Συμφωνίας μεταξύ της Κυβέρνησης της Ελληνι?κής Δημοκρατίας και της Κυβέρνησης της Λιθουανικής Δημοκρατίας για διεθνείς οδικές επιβατικές και εμπορευ?ματικές μεταφορές που υπογράφηκε στην Αθήνα στις 26 Ιουνίου 1995 και κυρώθηκε με τον υπ’αριθ. 2373/1996 Νό?μο που δημοσιεύθηκε στο υπ’αριθ. 30 Φύλλο της Εφημε?ρίδος της Κυβερνήσεως της 28 Φεβρουαρίου 1996 τεύχος Α΄ 2 - του δευτέρου άρθρου του υπ’αριθ. 2373/1996 Νόμου βάσει του οποίου τα Πρωτόκολλα - Πρακτικά που καταρ?τίζονται από τη Μικτή Επιτροπή του άρθρου 13 της ανω?τέρω Συμφωνίας εγκρίνονται με κοινή πράξη των αρμο?δίων κατά περίπτωση Υπουργών. 3 - τις διατάξεις του υπ’αριθ. 1558/1985 Νόμου «Κυβέρ?νηση και Κυβερνητικά Όργανα (ΦΕΚ 137/Α/1985)». 4 - το περιεχόμενο του υπό έγκριση Πρωτοκόλλου, αποφασίζουμε: Εγκρίνουμε ως έχει και στο σύνολο του το Πρωτόκολλο της Μικτής Ελληνο-Λιθουανικής Επιτροπής οδικών μετα?φορών που υπογράφηκε στο Βίλνιους στις 11.10.2001 του οποίου το κείμενο σε πρωτότυπο στην αγγλική γλώσ?σα και σε μετάφραση στην ελληνική έχει ως εξής: Αθήνα, 3 Απριλίου 2002 ΟΙ ΥΠΟΥΡΓΟΙ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΩΝ ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΩΝ Ν. ΒΕΡΕΛΗΣ PROTOCOL Of the Meeting of the Lithuanian - Greek Joint Committee οn Road Transport, held in Vilnius οn 10 -11 October, 2001 The Lithuanian - Greek Joint Committee, referred to in Ar?ticle 13 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Government of the Hellenic Republic οn International Transport of Passengers and Goods by Road, concluded οn 26 June 1995, held its meeting in Vilnius οn 10-11 October, 2001. The list of participants is attached (Annex) The following agenda was adopted:

Development of foreign trade in relation to transport of goods by road between Lithuania and Greece in 20002001 and the prospects for the year 2002.

Goods transport by road. Determination of quota of permits for 2001 and preliminary quota for 2002.

Passengers transport by road.

Miscellaneous. Item 1 Both delegations exchanged statistical data on the de?velopment of foreign trade in relation to goods transport by road between Lithuania and Greece as well as in transit through their respective territories in 2000-2001, and on the prospects of development for the year 2002. The Lithuanian delegation noted that the trade between the two states particularly increased in 1998, and ex?pressed hope that trade volumes would continue to in?crease in the future. The Greek delegation noted that both Parties should promote the further development of trade between the two states. Item 2 Both delegations stated that transport of goods by road 1323 ΠΕΡΙΕΧΟΜΕΝΑ ΑΠΟΦΑΣΕΙΣ were no serious offences registered. The two sides agreed to mutually exchange: Permits for a) bilateral and transit transports, taking into consider?ation the article 9 2 of the Bilateral Agreement, which imposes no restric?tions - for the year 2001: 1700 permits free of charge - for the year 2002: 2000 permits free of charge b) permits for transports from/to third - countries - for the year 2001:10 permits free of charge - for the year 2002: 30 permits free of charge Both Parties agreed that should the number of permits for bilateral and transit permits agreed upon turn out to be in?sufficient during the year, the parties would discuss the is?sue by correspondence in a positive spirit. The delegations agreed to exchange the number of per?mits for the next year by diplomatic means of communi?cation as soon as the permits would be printed. Both delegations also agreed that the current year per?mits should be valid until the 31 of January. Item 3 The delegations exchanged current information on inter?national transport of passengers by road and stated that there were no problems in passenger transport. The delegations stated that both states signed the IN?TERBUS Agreement. Both delegations agreed that occasional services would be regulated by journey documents under the ASOR Agreement until the INTERBUS Agreement would enter in?to force. Item 4 The delegations exchanged information on practical im?plementation of international carriage of passengers and goods by road. Η Μικτή Επιτροπή Λιθουανίας - Ελλάδος η οποία ανα?φέρεται στον άρθρο 13 της Συμφωνίας μεταξύ της Κυ?βέρνησης της Δημοκρατίας της Λιθουανίας και την Κυ?βέρνησης της Ελληνικής Δημοκρατίας επί των Διεθνών Οδικών Μεταφορών Ταξιδιωτών και Εμπορευμάτων, η οποία συνάφθηκε την 26η Ιουνίου 1995, συνεδρίασε το Vilnius στις 10-11 Οκτωβρίου 2001. Ο κατάλογος των συμμετεχόντων επισυνάπτεται (Πα?ράρτημα) Εγκρίθηκε η ακόλουθη ημερήσια διάταξη:

Ανάπτυξη του εξωτερικού εμπορίου σε σχέση με την οδική μεταφορά των εμπορευμάτων μεταξύ της Λιθουα?νίας και της Ελλάδος το 2000-2001 καθώς και προοπτικές για το έτος 2002.

Οδική μεταφορά εμπορευμάτων. Καθορισμός ποσο?στώσεων αδειών για το 2001 και προκαταρκτικές ποσο?στώσεις για το 2002.

Οδική μεταφορά ταξιδιωτών

Διάφορα. Εδάφιο 1 Αμφότερες οι αντιπροσωπείες αντάλλαξαν στατιστικά δεδομένα επί της ανάπτυξης του εξωτερικού εμπορίου σε σχέση με την οδική μεταφορά εμπορευμάτων μεταξύ Λι?θουανίας και Ελλάδος καθώς και κατά την διάρκεια της μεταφοράς δια μέσω των αντιστοίχων εδαφών τους το 2000-2001 και επί των προοπτικών ανάπτυξης για το έτος 2002. Η Λιθουανική αντιπροσωπεία τόνισε ότι το εμπόριο με?ταξύ των δύο κρατών αυξήθηκε ιδιαίτερα το 1998, και εξέ?φρασε ελπίδες ότι ο όγκος του εμπορίου θα συνεχίσει να αυξάνει στο μέλλον. Η Ελληνική αντιπροσωπεία τόνισε ότι αμφότερα τα Μέρη θα πρέπει να προωθήσουν την περαι?τέρω ανάπτυξη του εμπορίου μεταξύ των δύο κρατών. Εδάφιο 2 Αμφότερες οι αντιπροσωπείες δήλωσαν ότι η οδική με?ταφορά των εμπορευμάτων μεταξύ Λιθουανίας και Ελλά?δος, η οποία αναφέρεται στην Συμφωνία μεταξύ της Κυ?βερνήσεως της Δημοκρατίας της Λιθουανίας και της Κυ?βερνήσεως της Ελληνικής Δημοκρατίας «Επί των Διεθνών Οδικών Μεταφορών Ταξιδιωτών και Εμπορευμάτων», η οποία συνάφθηκε την 26η Ιουνίου 1995, υπήρξε επιτυχής και δεν καταχωρήθηκαν σοβαρές παραβάσεις.
