1 Duration of Rent Restrictions (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1981.

1.—The following section shall be substituted for section 2 of the Rent Restrictions (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1981:

“2. This Act shall have effect until the 25th day of April, 1982, and shall then expire.”.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Rent Restrictions (Temporary Provisions) (Continuance) Act, 1981.

(2) The collective citation, the Rent Restrictions Acts, 1960 to 1981, shall include this Act.
