1. Amendment of section 28(1) of Údarás na Gaeltachta Act 1979.
1.— Section 28(1) of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act 1979 is amended by substituting “seven years and six months” for “five years and six months”.
2. Short title and collective citation.
2.— (1) This Act may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Amendment) Act 2010.
(2) The Údarás na Gaeltachta Acts 1979 to 1999 and this Act may be cited together as the Údarás na Gaeltachta Acts 1979 to 2010.
