1. Amendment of section 18 of National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000.

1.— Section 18 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 is amended, in the definition of “designated body”, by deleting “and” in paragraph (ee), by substituting “plc,” for “plc.” in paragraph (ef) and by inserting after paragraph (ef) the following:

“(eg) the Commission for Energy Regulation,”.

2. Citation.

2.— This Act may be cited as the Access to Central Treasury Funds (Commission for Energy Regulation) Act 2011.
