LegalizeNational Tourism Development Authority (Amendment) Act 2011
1. Amendment of section 24(2) of National Tourism Development Authority Act 2003.
1.— Section 24(2) of the National Tourism Development Authority Act 2003 is amended by substituting “€150,000,000” for “€65,000,000”.
2. Short title, collective citation and construction.
2.— (1) This Act may be cited as the National Tourism Development Authority (Amendment) Act 2011.
(2) The Tourist Traffic Acts 1939 to 2003 and this Act may be cited together as the Tourist Traffic Acts 1939 to 2011, and shall be construed together as one.
