1. Amendment of section 40D (carbon revenue levy) of Electricity Regulation Act 1999.

1.— Section 40D (inserted by section 3 of the Electricity Regulation (Amendment) (Carbon Revenue Levy) Act 2010) of the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 is amended in subsection (4) by substituting “the date of the passing of the Electricity Regulation (Carbon Revenue Levy) (Amendment) Act 2012” for “31 December 2012”.

2. Short title.

2.— This Act may be cited as the Electricity Regulation (Carbon Revenue Levy) (Amendment) Act 2012.
