1. Amendment of section 29 of Wildlife Act 1976.

1.— Section 29 (as amended by section 4 of the Wildlife (Amendment) Act 2010) of the Wildlife Act 1976 is amended in subsection (5A)(b)(ii) by deleting “but before 1 August 2012”.

2. Short title and collective citation.

2.— (1) This Act may be cited as the Wildlife (Amendment) Act 2012.

(2) The Wildlife Acts 1976 to 2010 and this Act may be cited together as the Wildlife Acts 1976 to 2012.
