Consumer Protection (Regulation of Credit Servicing Firms) Act 2018

1. Amendment of Article 40 of the Constitution

1. Article 40 of the Constitution is hereby amended as follows:

(a) the subsection, the text of which is set out in Part 1 of the Schedule, shall be substituted for subsection 3 of section 3 of the Irish text;

(b) the subsection, the text of which is set out in Part 2 of the Schedule, shall be substituted for subsection 3 of section 3 of the English text.

2. Citation

2. (1) The amendment of the Constitution effected by this Act shall be called the Thirty-sixth Amendment of the Constitution.

(2) This Act may be cited as the Thirty-sixth Amendment of the Constitution Act 2018.
