DECRETO DEL PRESIDENTE DELLA REPUBBLICA 23 giugno 1972, n. 749

IL PRESIDENTE DELLA REPUBBLICA

Visto l'art. 87, comma quinto, della Costituzione;

Vista la legge 28 ottobre 1970, n. 775, che modifica la legge 18 marzo 1968, n. 249, concernente delega al Governo per il riordinamento dell'Amministrazione dello Stato, per il decentramento delle funzioni e per il riassetto delle carriere e delle retribuzioni dei dipendenti statali;

Visti i decreti del Presidente della Repubblica 28 dicembre 1970, nn. 1077 e 1079;

Visto l'art. 34 della legge 8 giugno 1962, n. 604, e successive modificazioni ed integrazioni;

Udito il parere della Commissione parlamentare di cui all'art. 21 della legge 28 ottobre 1970, n. 775;

Sentito il Consiglio dei Ministri;

proposta del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri, di concerto con i Ministri per la riforma della pubblica amministrazione, per l'interno, per il tesoro e per il bilancio e la programmazione economica; Decreta:
