§ 70901. Organization
(a) Federal Charter.— Future Farmers of America (in this chapter, the “FFA”) is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the FFA has perpetual existence.

Amendments
2019—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 116–7, § 2(1), which directed amendment of subsec. (a) by substituting “FFA” for “corporation”, was executed by making the substitution the first place appearing to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
