VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

DECRETA:

Artículo 1° — Desígnase Secretario de Seguridad Social del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, al Dr. D. Alfredo Horacio CONTEGRAND (L.E. N° 5.180.607).

Art. 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y Archívese. — KIRCHNER. — Carlos A. Tomada.
