VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

DECRETA:

Artículo 1° — Desígnase en el cargo de Director Ejecutivo de la ADMINISTRACION NACIONAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, al señor D. Sergio Tomás MASSA (D.N.I. N° 22.862.121).

Art. 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER. — Carlos A. Tomada.
