VISTO lo informado por la DIRECCION NACIONAL DE GENDARMERIA, lo
propuesto por el señor Ministro del Interior, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que la presente medida encuadra en las previsiones del Artículo
70, de la Ley 19.349 de GENDARMERIA NACIONAL, modificado por el
Artículo 1º de la Ley 20.677.
Por ello,
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
Artículo 1º-Promuévese al grado Inmediato
superior, con fecha 31 de diciembre de 1997, al Personal de Comandantes
Principales de GENDARMERIA NACIONAL que se menciona en el Anexo
I que forma parte integrante del presente Decreto.
Art.2º-Comuníquese, publíquese, dése
a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívase.
