Desígnase Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores.

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7. de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL y atento a razones de servicio.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

DECRETA:

Artículo 1º — Desígnase Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D. Roberto GARCIA MORITAN (M.I. Nº 4.618.685).

Art. 2º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto serán atendidos con cargo a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.

Art. 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER. — Jorge E. Taiana.
