Desígnase el Subsecretario Técnico de Planeamiento y Control del Narcotráfico.

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL

LA PRESIDENTA DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

DECRETA:

Artículo 1º — Desígnase, a partir del 1 de octubre de 2008, Subsecretario Técnico de Planeamiento y Control del Narcotráfico de la SECRETARIA DE PROGRAMACION PARA LA PREVENCION DE LA DROGADICCION Y LA LUCHA CONTRA EL NARCOTRAFICO de la PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACION, al Comandante General (R) VGM D. José Ricardo SPADARO (D.N.I. Nº 7.762.309).

Art. 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — FERNANDEZ DE KIRCHNER. — Sergio T. Massa. — Aníbal F. Randazzo.
