Desígnase Secretario de Seguridad Social.

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL,

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

DECRETA:

Artículo 1° — Desígnase, a

partir del 10 de diciembre de 2015, en el cargo de Secretario de

Seguridad Social del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL

al Sr. Don Juan Carlos PAULUCCI MALVIS (M.I. N° 4.275.779).

Art. 2° — Comuníquese,

publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y

archívese. — MACRI. — Marcos Peña. — Alberto J. Triaca.
