VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

LA PRESIDENTA DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

DECRETA:

Artículo 1º — Desígnase en el cargo de Director Ejecutivo de la ADMINISTRACION NACIONAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, al licenciado D. Amado BOUDOU (M.I. Nº 16.012.714).

Art. 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — FERNANDEZ DE KIRCHNER. — Alberto A. Fernández. — Carlos R. Fernández.
