Institúyese el día 3 de junio como "Día del Inmigrante Italiano"
Sancionada: Setiembre 20 de 1995.
Promulgada: Octubre 12 de 1995.
El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de
Ley:
ARTICULO 1° - Institúyese el 3 de junio de cada año, como "Día del Inmigrante Italiano".
ARTICULO 2° -Declára se que se instituye
esa fecha en homenaje al Dr. Manuel Belgrano, General de la Nación,
creador de nuestra enseña patria y descendiente de italianos que nació
el 3 de junio de 1770.
ARTICULO 3° - Comuníquese al
Poder Ejecutivo Nacional. - ALBERTO PIERRI.- EDUARDO MENEM.- Esther H.
