**Derogación de los Decretos Nros. 1493/92 y 343/97,
referidos al registro de buques y al otorgamiento del derecho a ser
considerados como de bandera nacional a determinados buques pesqueros
extranjeros, respectivamente.**

El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina
reunidos en Congreso, etc., sancionan con fuerza de Ley:

ARTICULO 1º— Deróganse los decretos 1493/92
y 343/97.

ARTICULO 2º— Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
