COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 1971/1999of 15 September 1999amending the Annex to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1084/1999 establishing the list of competent authorities referred to in Article 2 of Council Regulation (EC) No 900/1999 prohibiting the sale and supply of petroleum and petroleum products to the Federal Republic of YugoslaviaTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 900/1999 of 29 April 1999 prohibiting the sale, supply and export of petroleum and petroleum products to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia(1) and in particular Article 6 thereof,(1) Whereas Greece has requested that, in addition to the Sanctions Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, another authority be listed as competent authority;(2) Whereas it is thus necessary to amend the list of competent authorities established by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1084/1999(2),HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:Article 1In the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1084/1999, under the heading "Greece", shall be added:" Υπουργείο Εθνικής ΟικονομίαςΓενική Γραμματεία Διεθνών Οικονομικών ΣχέσεωνΔ/νση Διαδικασιών Εξωτερικού ΕμπορίοÏΚα Μπάρτζη - Κος Ιγγλέσης οδ.
