Commission Regulation (EC) No 688/2004of 14 April 2004adapting Regulation (EC) No 2298/2001 on account of the accession to the European Union of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and SlovakiaTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,Having regard to the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia, and in particular Article 2(3) thereof,Having regard to the Act of Accession of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia, and in particular Article 57(2) thereof,Whereas:(1) In view of the accession to the Community on 1 May 2004 of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia, linguistic amendments need to be made to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2298/2001 of 26 November 2001 laying down detailed rules for the export of products supplied as food aid(1).(2) Regulation (EC) No 2298/2001 should be amended accordingly,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:Article 1Article 3(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2298/2001 is replaced by the following:"3.
