Article 1

The following tariff quotas are opened for products imported into the Community:

(a) a tariff rate quota 20 000 hl (all third countries except Belarus, Russia and the United Kingdom) for wine (tariff item numbers 2204 29 65 and 2204 29 75 ), in quota rate 8 EUR/hl (order number 09.0095),

(b) a tariff rate quota 40 000 hl (all third countries except Belarus, Russia and the United Kingdom) for wine (tariff item numbers 2204 21 79 and 2204 21 80 ), in quota rate 10 EUR/hl (order number 09.0097).

Article 2

The tariff quotas referred to in Article 1 shall be administered by the Commission in accordance with Articles 308a, 308b and 308c of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 January 2007.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
