THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 659/1999 of 22 March 1999 laying down detailed rules for the application of Article 93 of the EC Treaty (1), and in particular Article 27 thereof,

After consulting the Advisory Committee on State Aid,

Whereas:

(1) Following the adoption by the Commission of new Community guidelines for the examination of State aids to fisheries and aquaculture (2), the supplementary information sheet contained in Part III.14 of Annex I to Commission Regulation (EC) No 794/2004 of 21 April 2004 implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 659/1999 laying down detailed rules for the application of Article 93 of the EC Treaty (3) should be replaced by a new supplementary information sheet in line with the framework in force.

(2) Regulation (EC) No 794/2004 should therefore be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

Part III.14 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 794/2004 is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
