Article 1

Article 2

Annex III to Directive 2006/22/EC is amended as set out in Annex III to this Regulation.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 January 2017.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in Member States.
