Article 1

The list of Member States complying for the whole of their territory with the rules for categorisation laid down in Article 2(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/772 is set out in Part 1 of the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

The list of Member States or parts of the territory of Member States complying with the rules for categorisation laid down in Article 2(3) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/772 is set out in Part 2 of the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 July 2018.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
