LegalizeCommission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/124 of 15 October 2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/833 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down conservation and enforcement measures applicable in the Regulatory Area of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation
Article 1
The provisions of the conservation and enforcement measures of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation and the Annexes thereto, as referred to in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2019/833, are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
