COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2020/1017 of 13 July 2020 establishing budgetary ceilings for 2020 applicable to certain direct support schemes provided for in Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council
Article 1
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2020.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
