LegalizeCommission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/128 of 3 February 2021 setting the net balance available for EAGF expenditure
Article 1
The net balance available for European Agricultural Guarantee Fund expenditure for the budget years 2021 to 2027 is set out in the Annex.
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
