LegalizeCommission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/823 of 20 May 2021 imposing a definitive countervailing duty on imports of certain rainbow trout originating in Turkey following an expiry review pursuant to Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/1037 of the European Parliament and of the Council
Article 1
A definitive countervailing duty is imposed on imports of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss):
— live weighing 1,2 kg or less each, or
— fresh, chilled, frozen and/or smoked:
— in the form of whole fish (with heads on), whether or not gilled, whether or not gutted, weighing 1,2 kg or less each, or
— with heads off, whether or not gilled, whether or not gutted, weighing 1 kg or less each, or
— in the form of fillets weighing 400 g or less each, currently falling under CN codes ex 0301 91 90 , ex 0302 11 80 , ex 0303 14 90 , ex 0304 42 90 , ex 0304 82 90 , ex 0305 43 00 and ex 1604 19 10 (TARIC codes 0301919011 , 0302118011 , 0303149011 , 0304429010 , 0304829010 , 0305430011 and 1604191011 ) and originating in Türkiye.
The rates of the definitive countervailing duty applicable to the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty, of the product described in paragraph 1 and produced by the companies listed below, shall be as follows:

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
