LegalizeCommission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2552 of 12 December 2022 laying down the technical specifications of data requirements for the detailed topic industrial production statistics establishing the industrial products classification breakdown, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1197, as regards the coverage of the product classification (Text with EEA relevance)
Article 1
The industrial products classification breakdown (the ‘PRODCOM list’) is set out in the Annex.
Article 2
In Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1197, Part B. Elements of data requirements, Table 26. Country-level business statistics on industrial production for Statistical population, the sentence
‘Products of the PRODCOM list under divisions 05-33 of the CPA (exclusions are defined by the PRODCOM list).’ is replaced by the following:
‘Products of the PRODCOM list under divisions 05-33 and 38 of the CPA (exclusions are defined by the PRODCOM list).’.
Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2022.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
