Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1186 of 24 April 2024 concerning the authorisation of cinnamon bark essential oil and cinnamon leaf essential oil from Cinnamomum verum J. Presl as feed additives for certain animal species
Article 1
Authorisation
The substances specified in the Annex, belonging to the additive category ‘sensory additives’ and to the functional group ‘flavouring compounds’, are authorised as additives in animal nutrition, subject to the conditions laid down in that Annex.
Article 2
Withdrawal from the market
The feed additives cinnamon bark essential oil and cinnamon leaf essential oil from Cinnamomum verum J. Presl as authorised pursuant to Directive 70/524/EEC, shall be withdrawn from the market in respect of the animal species and categories other than those mentioned in the Annex.
Article 3
Transitional measures related to the authorisation
Article 4
Transitional measures related to the withdrawal from the market
Article 5
Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
