Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/212 of 13 September 2024 correcting Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/2055 supplementing Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for the cooperation and exchange of information between competent authorities relating to the exercise of the right of establishment and the freedom to provide services of payment institutions

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, amending Directives 2002/65/EC, 2009/110/EC and 2013/36/EU and Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, and repealing Directive 2007/64/EC (1), and in particular Article 28(5) thereof,

Whereas:

(1) Annex I to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/2055 (2) contains an error as regards the applicable unique identification number for Denmark. The error affects the substance of that Annex.

(2) Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/2055 should therefore be corrected accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

Annex I to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/2055 is corrected in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
