THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Union (1), and in particular Article 11(2) thereof,

Whereas:

(1) Due to an error, Annexes I and II listing other cooperating companies in the original anti-dumping investigation, as referred to in Article 1(2) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/120 (2), were duplicated from Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/114 (3) published on the same day concerning the parallel anti-subsidy investigation. These two Annexes need to be replaced in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/120 to ensure a proper implementation of that act.

(2) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/120 should therefore be corrected accordingly. Annex III of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/120 is correct and should remain unchanged.

(3) This Regulation should apply with effect from the date of entry into force of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/120, in order to ensure the proper application of that Implementing Regulation to all exporting producers that are subject to the anti-dumping duty.

(4) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
