Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1759 of 19 June 2025 correcting certain language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1366 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council by establishing a network code on sector-specific rules for cybersecurity aspects of cross-border electricity flows

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the internal market for electricity (1), and in particular Article 59(2), point (e), thereof,

Whereas:

(1) The Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Irish, Polish, Portuguese and Swedish language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1366 (2) contain an error in Article 18(2), point (a)(iii), as regards the cyber threats to be included in the list of supply chain threats. The error affects the substance of that provision.

(2) The Danish, French, German and Irish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1366 contain an error in Article 18(2) point (a)(iv), as regards the cyber threats to be included in the list of supply chain threats. The error affects the substance of that provision.

(3) The Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Irish, Polish and Portuguese language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1366 contain an error in Article 18(2), point (a)(v), which is similar to the error in Article 18(2) point (a)(iii) and also affects the substance of the provision.

(4) The Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Irish, Polish, Portuguese and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1366 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

(Does not concern the English language.)

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
