THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1890 of 11 November 2019 concerning restrictive measures in view of Türkiye’s unauthorised drilling activities in the Eastern Mediterranean (1), and in particular Article 12(4) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Whereas:

(1) On 11 November 2019, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2019/1890.

(2) On 24 November 2025, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2025/2395 (2), which amends Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 (3) extending the restrictive measures therein until 30 November 2026, with an empty list.

(3) Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/1890 should be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/1890 is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
