Where the Commission finds it appropriate, the report shall be accompanied by a legislative proposal for an amendment to the relevant provisions of this Regulation.
Article 59
Entry into force and application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 August 2030.
However, Articles 28 to 44 and Articles 49 to 55 shall apply from 1 January 2026.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
