1 Repeal of enactments in Schedule.

1.—The several enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the third column of the said Schedule.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Intermediate Education (Amendment) Act, 1924.

(2) This Act and the Intermediate Education (Ireland) Acts, 1878 to 1914, may be cited collectively as the Intermediate Education (Ireland) Acts, 1878 to 1924.

41 & 42 Vic. c. 66.	The Intermediate Education (Ireland) Act, 1878.	In paragraph 3 of section 5 the words “dependent on the results of the public examinations of students.”
53 & 54 Vic. c. 60.	The Local Taxation (Customs and Excise) Act, 1890.	Paragraph (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 3, from the words “amongst schools” to the end of the paragraph.
