1 Continuance of Temporary Act.

1.—The Enforcement of Law (Occasional Powers) Act, 1924 (No. 20 of 1924) shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1926, and shall then expire.

2 Continuance of rules and forms made and prescribed under Temporary Act.

2.—Every rule made and every form prescribed under the Enforcement of Law (Occasional Powers) Act, 1924 (No. 20 of 1924) which is in force on the 24th day of June, 1925, shall (subject to any variation or amendment made therein under the said Act) continue in force until the same is revoked under the said Act or until the 31st day of March, 1926, whichever shall first occur.

3 Short title.

3.—This Act may be cited as the Enforcement of Law (Occasional Powers) (Continuance) Act, 1925.
