1 Amendment of section 6 of Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1923.

1.—Sub-section (4) of section 6 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1923 (No. 34 of 1923) is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that no increase of pension shall be payable by virtue of the said section 6 in respect of any period during which the pensioner is not ordinarily resident in Great Britain, Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.

2 Date of application of Act.

2.—Any increase of pension to which a pensioner becomes entitled by virtue of this Act shall take effect and be payable as from the 1st day of April, 1922.

3 Short title.

3.—This Act may be cited as the Superannuation and Pensions (Amendment) Act, 1925.
