Legalize1 Amendment of section 46 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924.
1.—Section 46 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 (No. 10 of 1924) is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after the words “three years” where the same occur therein of the words “and nine months” and the said section shall have effect accordingly.
2 Short title, construction and citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Courts of Justice Act, 1927.
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Courts of Justice Acts, 1924 and 1926 and those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Courts of Justice Acts, 1924 to 1927.
