1 Continuance of the Betting Act, 1926.

1.—The Betting Act, 1926 (No. 38 of 1926), shall continue in force until the 30th day of June, 1929, and shall then expire.

2 Short title and construction.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Betting Act, 1928.

(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Betting Act, 1926 (No. 38 of 1926), and that Act and this Act may be cited together as the Betting Acts, 1926 and 1928.
