1 Amendment of Article 31 of the Constitution.

1.—Article 31 of the Constitution shall be and is hereby amended by the deletion of the word “thirty-five” now contained therein and the insertion of the word “thirty” in lieu of the word so deleted.

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 8) Act, 1928.
