1 Panel for Seanad elections.

1.—The Constitution shall be and is hereby amended by the deletion of Article 33 thereof and the insertion therein in lieu of the said Article so deleted of the following Article, that is to say:—

“33. Before each election of members of Seanad Eireann a panel of candidates for such election shall be formed in such manner in all respects as shall be prescribed by law.”

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 9) Act, 1928.
