1 Duration of the Public Safety Act, 1927.

1.—Sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Public Safety Act, 1927 (No. 31 of 1927), is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that the said Public Safety Act, 1927, shall expire on the passing of this Act.

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Public Safety Act, 1928.
