1 Limited and temporary amendment of hours of sale on Sunday, 23rd June, 1929.

1.—In respect of Sunday the 23rd day of June, 1929 and so far as relates to the Dublin Metropolitan area only, paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1927 (No. 15 of 1927) shall be construed and have effect as if for the word “two” now contained therein there were substituted the word “four” and as if for the word “five” now contained therein there were substituted the word “seven.”

2 Short title and citation.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor (Amendment) Act, 1929 and the Licensing (Ireland) Acts, 1833 to 1927 and this Act may be cited together as the Licensing (Ireland) Acts, 1833 to 1929.
