LegalizeElectricity Agreements (Adaptation) Act , 1929
1 Adaptation of agreements.
1.—Every agreement having reference to the supply and sale of electricity in Saorstát Eireann wherein the Minister of Transport is named as the person to decide all disputes or any particular class of disputes arising thereunder or whereby it is otherwise provided that all disputes or any particular class of disputes arising thereunder are to be submitted to the said Minister for decision shall be construed and have effect as if the Minister for Local Government and Public Health were named in such agreement in lieu of the Minister of Transport.
2 Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Electricity Agreements (Adaptation) Act, 1929.
