Constitution (Amendment No. 14) Act , 1929
1 Amendment of Article 39 of the Constitution.
1.—Article 39 of the Constitution shall be and is hereby amended by the deletion of the last sentence now contained therein, that is to say, the sentence beginning with the words “If rejected” and ending with the word “motion.”
2 Short title.
2.—This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 14) Act, 1929.
