1 Amendment of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927.

1.—Section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 (No. 3 of 1927), is hereby amended by the substitution of the figures “1933” for the figures “1930” at the end of sub-section (3) of that section and the said section shall be construed and have effect accordingly.

2 Short title and citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Local Government (Amendment) Act, 1930.

(2) This Act and the Local Government Acts, 1925 and 1927, may be cited together as the Local Government Acts, 1925 to 1930.
